By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Kynto

Kynto is an AI-powered app that lets you preview how clothing items look on you.

It is provided by ZooZoo Products, based in the Netherlands.

2. Using the app

You agree to:

  • Use the app only for personal, non-abusive purposes
  • Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the service
  • Not upload harmful, illegal, or offensive content

3. AI-generated results

Kynto uses AI to generate try-on images and styling suggestions.

Important:

  • Results are visual approximations, not exact representations
  • Fit, color, and appearance may differ from real-life products
  • You should not rely solely on the app for purchasing decisions

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload, including:

  • Photos
  • Scans
  • Generated images

By using Kynto, you grant us a limited right to:

  • Process your content to provide the service

We do not use your content for unrelated purposes.

5. Sharing content

If you choose to share outfits or images:

  • You are responsible for what you share
  • Content may be visible to others

Do not share content you do not have the right to use.

6. Subscriptions & payments

Kynto offers:

  • Subscriptions (Premium)
  • Credit-based features

Payments are handled by:

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play Store

This means:

  • Billing, cancellations, and refunds are managed by these platforms
  • You must follow their terms and policies

7. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but:

  • The app may change, improve, or evolve over time
  • Features may be added, modified, or removed
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • Kynto is provided “as is”
  • We are not liable for:
    • Incorrect AI results
    • Purchase decisions based on the app
    • Temporary downtime or bugs

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You misuse the platform

You can stop using Kynto at any time by deleting your account.

10. Age restriction

You must be at least 16 years old to use Kynto.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves.

Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
